Vault Structure

REDCAP vaults are structured vehicles that acquire, hold, and flip rare TCG collectibles—primarily graded vintage Pokémon cards.

• Each vault begins with a bootstrap fund

• Assets are acquired below or at market via trusted sellers

• Contributors receive ERC-20 tokens representing ownership

• Vaults are managed centrally (no DAO governance)

🔒 Tokens are issued per round and remain non-transferable until vault closure or unwrap (see dedicated section).
